in the best buys forum a retailer was selling red and black b-series valve cover with or w/out the cam gear mooncuts.

in it he states within a month they will be having the yellow valve covers from honda of japan,and it has the same rough finish as the red and black covers.

ive never seen a valve cover like that, ihave seen em powdercoated but not w/ the oem rough finish. imo i think that would really sweet IF IT WAS TRUE, i could be wrong though so thats why im here to pick your minds and see if anyone has even heard or actually seen one like that?

 

you can get the same texture as the OEM if you get the right paint, check pepboys or your local auto parts store!

 

for some strange reason i like the oem texture like i like my toilet paper....ROUGH!

i think its spoon or mugen makes yellow ones.. im not sure i saw them somewhere...

 

ya spoon has em but i saw a close up of them (spoons) and all they are powdercoated,looks good actually. but this guy claims that honda of japan makes a yellow one w/ the oem texture.

Only spoon makes the yellow valve covers.
