Default stock alignment best?

Hey, i just lowered my crx si about an inch and a half and want to get an alingment to make it "official." If I take it to a shop they will set the alignment to stock settings right? Is that best, or should I give them some different settings that could benefit the car a little more? (i.e. more negative camber)

They can't set the camber in or out unless you have an adjustable kit on it. Otherwise it's determined by ride height. As for toe and caster, I would stick with OEM specs if this is a daily driver. You can play with toe and caster on autocross and track cars but these settings can make a street car a little too dangerous for normal driving.

if you want a more added caster swap the front upper control arms side to side. my friend bought his Type-R this way and it has +6* caster and turn-in is incredible

0* toe all around and you'll be good to go.

doesnt work on ef chassis cars. you end up with about -5* camber and ttoonnss too much caster. ryan12321 tried it and had negitave results.

As travis said, take it to the shop and have them set the toe back to the center of the factory spec range. Camber isn't adjustable without an aftermarket kit, so you can either ignore it or lower it a little further if you want it more negative.

Not to mention that competition toe settings will chew up tires on the street in no time . . .
