Default blow up??

I just bought a car off a buddy of mine. jdm b16 with a built head. Can i run this setup without being tuned? As of right now it is not tuned, just some extra fuel via vafc and engagement @5800. I heard of some horror stories of the valves breaking??? Any input or advice???

Stock bottom end
stock honda P30 ecu
crower 401's
crower dual springs
crower ti retainers
skunk2 hi-comp valves
bronze valve guides
skunk2 cam gears
the head was pressure tested and cleaned
milled .020
stock honda headgasket
greddy timing belt

get the car tuned. It will run a lot better once it is tuned.

It SHOULDNT hurt anything as long as you dont beat on it alot. I've had my built motor in my car for about 7k miles now and I still havent gotten it tuned yet. I just recieved my hondata so it will be done ASAP. But now it shoudlnt do anything, just make sure your not too hard on the car.
