Default clifford keyless entry won't unlock

i have the clifford matrix rs.. it's been installed for nearly 2 years now & have had no problems with it until now. when i hit the unlock button, it will only disengage the alarm, but will not unlock the doors and trunk. i have to use the key to get it. can someone let me know which wire would cause this and where it might be located? i know a little about car alarms & head unit wiring, but i'm no expert.. please help.

You're going to be looking for a blue wire, most likely going into the driver's kick. (should be paired up or twisted with a green wire) Check there to make sure it's still attached...

The blue and green wires connect to the lock wires either in the kick panel or behind the fuse box. Trace the blue/green wires back to the wires that they're spliced into and make sure the connection is still good. If it's good, then the lock output of the alarm is prolly bad.

As far as your tach wire goes, it's a purple/white wire going through the firewall (if they ran tach). Don't know what you're talking about when you say red and blue...
