I have a 92 Civic EX with stock wheels. (175/65R14) The hubcaps are beat to hell and I need new tires.. I also have a 1994 VW golf with a bad engine, but decent Votex wheels...

My question is, can I put the Votex wheels on the Honda? They're 4-lugs and size 185/60R14. If the lugs match up, is this Okay to do? I'm not sure if they do.. but a quick measurement with a ruler shows they're pretty close. Does anyone know off-hand if they will? I don't know much about wheels and tires.. so if anyone could give me some insight, I'd appreciate it.

I also need a recommendation for a solid all-year decent performing tire.. I'm thinking one of these three, which I can get at Sears.. a better place for tire service around my area.
