hmmm, I thought that too but I just checked the weather and it said tomorrow was going to be partly cloudy in the high 40's all day. I will just have to keep an eye on it, every attempt to bring the car out for the first time this year has had bad weather.

We'll see.

yeah good till the slick got a hole in it. Or the pass when my car ran out of gas after the 330 foot mark. :D I need a gas gauge.

I was down there yesterday for the test and tune. I think my two friends and I were the only Hondas there at the time. We didn't get down there til 2 pm and ran til 3:45. In that time we managed 7 runs....that includes about 40 -50 minutes of just chilling.

My car: 97 civic hatch with '97 Jdm itr swap
Everything stock except for Exedy clutch (including the suspension that has 170k miles on it)
Best run : 14.19X @ 98.12mph with a 2.25s 60'
Average run : 14.3 @ 97 with a 2.3x 60'

I felt really out of place when I noticed that everyone had a v8, open header, slicks, and pulling 10sec runs. My car doesn't even have an exhaust on it! If one of them was idling beside me, I couldn't hear my car and my car would vibrate.

I must have just missed you guys, I was there from 9AM til about 1:30.
I messed up the trans again and just decided to pack it in after about 7 passes, everyone of them fouled by gear/syncro issues. Yesterday felt like a waste but in reality it was't that bad as I did get some decent fedback. I did my best 60' time to date on the first attempt of the day with a 1.662 60'. The other good thing was that even with 2nd and 3rd gear issues, my MPH was still up where it normally would be at that track on a clean pass, so the new cams are definetly pulling me thru the top end.

Anyone know who had the silver turbo civic, pro chassis set up? I only saw one pass, in and out the entire way, blew something and oiled down in the traps. The car looked set up to run a decent number.

we were out their i think till 10 pm i think. When the slick blew out it wasnt as much fun just wasting my street tires going down the track.

I had the silver integra wit the civic front. I lost the head gasket near the end of the run. 138 mph with a blown head gasket on low boost wasnt too bad i guess. Hopefully ill have it all back together and try it again next saturday

Hey, good deal, from what I got to see the car looked really good. Iwas going to come check it out more but I was having issues of my own and was pretty frustrated at that point being that it was the cars first time out this year and the trans went. Your car seemed to get out pretty well, that trap speed is pretty damn good for what happened during that pass. The car will run a number.

I was there a couple weeks ago. Track bit well and whoever didn't break ran good numbers. Got in plenty of runs too. Only negative thing; the 35 bucks for entry. Good Gawd!!

its better than going on a friday night when you pay 10 bucks and may only get 2 runs and the rest of the time you are just chilling in the staging lanes. normally fridays are crowded and every little fast and furious wanna be will be there with there mama's car,but with the weather being crappy the past few weeks fridays hasn't been too bad. but once the weather breaks......saturdays is the best day to go.
