HID Questions (angle, in-housing shileds?)
Have a 95 civic just put hid's in... i think the angle isn't right... may b i should angle the headlights up more.. the beam is where my fogs reach but there is still light being projected out. (if i'm makin any sense) just not as bright as the as the beam. should i angle the headlights up more??... and should i take those shield thingys out of the headlights?? appreciate any info
