Harness Question?????

No, you're just swapping engine harnesses, not dash harnesses.

Just use the stock Si engine harness from the B16A2. I can't remember if the Si computers have immobilizers or not, but if I were doing it, I'd convert to OBD-1 anyway.

i would say use the 96 EX harness and plug it up to the b16 and get the obd2a -> obd2b harness. i think this way will be more expensive tho. But you can most likely use the SI harness.
What i think he means by Imobilizer is that the ECU has an antitheft system that it recognizes from some type of chip embedded in the ignition key. I believe this might only apply to newer acuras
