help help help - wheel bearing
hey guys
I posted a thread couple days ago, i changed my wheel bearing 3 times and it still has a free play, first two times i had the wheel bearing pushed in at local gas station and the last time to make sure that it is done right i had it pushed in by a honda dealer drove it for about an hour and guess what still get free play and this time i even went to a junk yard and got a different hub. I cant figure it out and the dealer ship wants 500-600 $$$ to replace it
so im thinkink i might have to sell it because i already spent a pretty penny on this damn wheel bearing.( I have been buying the bearings at local parts store.

When I replaced mine (it was making a nasty grating noise) it still had about 2mm free play. I was pissed, but when I drove it it sounded fine so I guess it's normal. I'd say leave it alone if there are no other symptoms. How much play do you have?
