Good Morning Gentlmen! I have had a PIA sticky throttle body since 35k miles. I really want to replace it with an aftermarket performance one, but I have been unable to locate one for a 1999 4 banger automatic sedan. I have DC Sports headers and cat back exhaust , AEM cold air intake with Turbomax inserts, and performance wires. The only option I found was to have the current TB machined by KMS engine development. In the interim what is the best/easiest way to clean one's own TB, I am tired of paying someone else. just take it off and use an old toothbrush with some throttle body cleaner, thats what we do around here and charge $75.
