those are 90-93 integra DA seats... and yea just swap the seat pan and rails and put it in your EF.... just gotta center the pan and then reinforce it with zip ties... if you dont have access to hog rings.... but yea just use 50 lbs- 75 lbs zip ties.. it did the trick for me... btw you might have to swap the whole hardware... just have to take the seat cover first and you will see what i mean... good luck...
HELP!!!!
SO i got both seats bottoms off, the integra pan is alread out. so before i take of the hog rings, i want to see if the pan mounting points would line up. and as i thought they are off, heres some pics:

what i meant by the hardware is that you will need to take the seat adjuster components and the mounting points off the integra seat too... your ef seat mounting points wont line up w/ the integra mounting points... you will need to swap mounting points from the integra to the EF seat... that is what i meant by all the hardware... you will have to take the seat cover to make it easier and you will see what i mean.....
swap which mounting points, the one from the back or the one from the seat??
because one mounting point on the seat back in the integra is actually the frame of the seat back. and the other one is the adjuster. so then if i swap the adjuster mounter point it will still be wide.

the one from the back... you should see a bolt on one side of the mounting point... and then on the other side you see the adjuster.... take those off... and use your ef components... (note the bolt on that one side may be hiding you might have to cut thru the foam (or whatever the seat material is)make sure you feel that the bolt is there before cutting.. thats is why i keep saying take your seat cover off... so you can see it... when i converted my CIVIC SI seat i had to use the EF seat component over the SI seat components......

No... the one mounting point that is NOT the adjuster....is part of the frame, there is no bolt since its the frame
