Need a few pages out of the Helms Manual, can anyone help?
Hello, I am doing a timing belt on a friend's 1988 civic wagon. All my Helms manuals are for DOHC motors. If anyone can post up a couple pages for me, mainly the ones included in the timing belt inspection/replacement section of the Helms manual, that would be greatly appreciated.
Or, if anyone can provide me with torque specifications for items like the crank pulley and belt tensioner. I will also need information regarding TDC for the cam gear and crank pulley.
Thanks in advance,
Marshall
EDIT: Will this work for a 1988 civic wagon? http://crxpage.com/helms.htm

depends on which engine - if it is a DX with D15 engine, you would line up the cam gear marks with the top of the head, like in that link - if it is a D16A6 engine, that book is wrong (at least for the USDM model - book is for Euro) - the USDM D16A6 has a 3rd mark at about the 7 o'clock position which you line up with the pointer on the back timing cover
It is a 1988 Civic Wagon FWD 5spd.
As far as I know, there are only 2 trims on the Wagon, FWD and AWD.
If anyone can shed some light onto which engine it might have, it can potentially save me some headaches.
