Default Is the new TL DOHC or SOHC?

I know the new Acura TL is a 3.2 litre ivtec motor. But it is SOHC or DOHC? I was surprised to learn that the new 6 spd one has an LSD tranny.

Does anyone have pictures of the new motor or the LSD? Just curious about seeing it.

The 3.2 in the CL-S for 2003 had a 6speed with LSD as well...and no, it is not i-VTEC, and it is SOHC.

Try http://www.acura-cl.net for pictures. (yes i know the link says CL, just click it, you'll see why)

It's the same motor as the 3.2TL Type S/3.2CL Type S, but with an additional 10 hp. The 6speed tranny is the same as the one from the 3.2CL Type S [also now in the Accord V6 6speed but w/o LSD]. And yes, as hypnosis stated, it is SOHC and is NOT i-Vtec, in fact the motor [j-series] is related to the V6 from the 98+ Accords, Odysseys etc.

last time I checked, the only honda motors that are DOHC are either the I-4's or the NSX V6.

cl, tl, rl, legend, accord, mdx, pilot all have SOHC V6's

I was just at the Acura dealer yesterday. Like before stated, its a 3.2 SOHC VTEC. Sweet car though, it pulls like an Apollo booster.
