Philips sell bulbs with a slight blue tint to them, great quality bulbs. I think they are called Xtreme Blue, or something along those lines. You can find them usually for about $30.00 for a pair of bulbs.

Scrw the blue tint carp! and dont waste the time with the 9005 conversion.
Get the Silvestars. I put the in my wifes 4runner and it was a 100% improvement! I mean you can actually see the road, they are the best money U have spent on a car in a long time. As soon as my car is back on the road it will be getting some also.

i agree silverstars are much brighter, but they tend to burn out much quicker.. if you really want to get as much as you can out of your lighting system, look into an HID retrofit. it could run you a few hundred dollars, but i'm sure you'll agree its much better than spending $30 every few months for new silverstars.. not to mention the awesome feeling of upgrading to HID yourself and having one badass looking integra as the end result.
also, stay away from 9006-based HID kits, too.. thats what i'm currently running, but i would have spent the money on a retrofit if i learned about them before..

i have Sylvania 9005 Cool blues in my car, got them for 15 shipped on ebay. Very nice and bright. If you want more bluish look get silverstars.
And 9005 conversion is not that complicated to do, 30 seconds max per bulb

And don't forget about 9011 and 9012 HIR bulbs. They draw the same current as stock, don't get any hotter, are whiter than stock without resorting to tinting the glass, last as long or longer than stock, and the 9012 low beam is brighter than a 9005 high beam bulb. 1850 lumens vs 1700 lumen 9005 bulb.
Though, currently, I'm using PIAA Extreme White 9005 in my stock projectors. 8 months so far, we'll see how long they last. I like them, but expensive, and without the nice coverage that a true OEM HID projector would provide.

Yes, go for HIR bulbs. But if you got the money, do an OEM retro.
