hey guys.. plz post in this thread only if u have help and know what ur talking about...
well i gotta exedy lightweight flywheel for my b16a...
if u know what im talking about... theres the dowel pins on the flywheel that hold the pressure plate in position..

well the dowel pins are supposed to be REAL snug.. like hammered into the flywheel..
well the dowles i got w/ the flywheel arnt snug at all.. they slip riught into position..
what do i do????
should i weld the dowels in there.. the flywheel is chrome moly steel forged

plz help.. im busy doing the swap... this is what's holding me back!

 

I dont really think it matters. The pins just line it up...the pressure plate bolts hold it together.

 

have u talked to the place u got the flywheel from about it? measure the size of the dowels and the size of the whole, either the dowel is to small of the hole is to big, maybe u could just get new dowels.
