Default do my valves need to be readjusted?

I just installed some new web cams into my H22, ever since then I can hear the valve tapping louder and the car drives like poop in low rpm (before vtec) after vtec it pulls hard. do my valves need to be readjusted? anyone else experience this? My cam gears are at 0/0.

Web recommended .010 on my cams, they were loud. I called back and they said I can tighten as tight as .008, so I did.. and they're still a little noisy, but nothing I can't deal with. Not sure about specs for the H22, you might want to call Web and get info from them.

Did you readjust the ignition timing after you installed the cams?

what in the ****? lol. no honda that i know of has hydraulic lifters. if someone knows, please tell me.

i think the tapping noise could be your LMA's. web cams can get pretty big on their lift specs.

what do you think could be cause the car to drive like crap in low rpm? think I could be running rich down low? vtec drives good, it's just the low rpm thats messing about.

if your valves are off then the compression is off ... so low rpm is going to be great :\
