urgent! need help! please read.

that part behind the license plate. the panel with the keyhole. how do you remove that panel? i removed all the screws inside the trunk but there are 2 other things sticking out that can be seen behind the license plate and inside the trunk. they look like screws because i can see some threading. but there is nowhere i can put a screwdriver to. i tried banging the thing out also. how do i take those things off. thank you
