With proper offset and suspension, yes.

I have 215/45/16 azenis on 16x7.5" +40 offset wheels. Eibach Pro-kits 1.3" drop, no camber kit. I had to remove the rear lip liners but otherwise it works fine.

they will fit.. i run 205/45/16s on my teg daily and 205/50/15s for track fun.. my current setup & drop won't allow 215's due to rubbing..

I am running 205/50/15s with +42 offset on my EG. No rubbing at all.

Yes, they will fit. That is actually the best tire size to put on (with a 16" rim) to keep your speedometer accurate.

the correct size to run on a integra is
195/60/14
195/55/15
205/45/16
205/40/17

Also, 205/50/15 will work in place of 195/55/15
