Does anybody know HOW and WHAT to do when tuning a GSR motor for better performance??? Help???
Can anybody tell me what is needed to be done. I want to learn how to tune my car so it'll run better. Nothing is wrong with the car I took it to the tracks so many times but don't know how to tune it at all. I need some suggestions on what part specifically, and how to get the job done. Anything would help.
Thanx guys...

What is am basically saying is I wanna learn how to tune my car and I want to know from those who have done it before to tell me what part they adjust and so on.
You cant really tune an unmodified car if that is what you are thinking. Go to the technical part of this site and start reading.

start with a cold air intake and a 2.25" exhaust.
here is a thread with a picture of a CAI(cold air intake) and a picture of it actually installed on the car."

installing the exhaust is simple. Buy a direct bolt on cat-back(meaning everything after the cat). just need regular handtools.
Try to do these two things, and if you need help during, we can help. Basically, the only way to learn is by doing, so just jump right in headfirst, and if anything comes up, throw it our way.

The basic parts are done. I got the internals all done for turbo. I am just asking for tuning the car after racing to improve maybe. I think it's more of a technical question.

You young guys crack me up! It's all about haste and wanting answers now! Do what this guy suggested and learn something before you start tuning your car. Paying someone else to do it for you isn't gratifying either. It is best to educate yourself for many many reasons. There is nothing that you will not benifit from by researching.
