Default Engine Harness: White/Yellow wire leading to FPR

Ok, my friend and I are doing a swap of an H22A into a 95 civic EX. Using some info found online plus two helms manuals we managed to get down to 1 wire (before we had the Prelude manual we used Satan_SVR's ECU write-up which worked well but a couple pins are confusing between the two ECU's if you don't have a way to double check 'em).

Anyhow, we've ohmed out and checked out EVERY wire, and we're absolutely sure we have all of them correct, except the White/Yellow wire. The USDM 93 prelude manual doesn't have this wire, nor does my 97 lude IIRC. There seems to be a control selinoid that the top vaccuum line of the FPR runs into, and that's where this wire is comming from. We're wondering if we can't just remove the control selinoid and run the top vaccuum line from the FPR right into the intake manifold like the USDM is run, or is the ECU checking for that unit like some sort of rising pressure thing?

Also, anyone know where on the JDM ECU this wire would run, if it even runs to the ECU?

We're also compiling all the wiring we've done into a word doc for anyone else looking to do the swap. Online resources are near non-existant when it comes to the P28 (we had to use info from a P30)... so hopefully our work will make it alot easier for other Honda-Techer's looking to stick this all together.

i would just connect the vac line to the intake manifold like the usdm h22s. i don't think it will throw a code , is this wire on the civic wiring harness or on the jdm h22 wiring harnesS?

also i would be interested in your word document , what year civic did you swap this into?

It's on the JDM H22A engine harness. This swap is into a 95 EX

it's the P13(J) that came with the engine.
