all right guys i just put the spec 4 into my b20/vtec and i set the valve lash at 8 on the intake and 7 on the exhaust. i tried the buddy club website, but no luck. i have searched on here and in google but also no luck. if anybody can help me it would be ****** awesome. thanks in advance.

 

well i emailed buddy club and they got right back to me. awesome ****. i was right, 7 on the intake and 8 on the exhaust.

 

Alittle off topic, but can you use the stock valve train with these cams ?

 

how are thos BC spec 4 cams running? Any good?

 

theres a spec paper that came with my BC, didt you get yours?

yes you definitely need upgrade valvetrain
