Default F series vs. H series

I have a 92 prelude with a F22B motor swap. The swap came with the car. My question is my starter went bad and i wasn't sure if the starter for the H series was the same as the F series and if they are different where can i find an F22B starter because they were only made in Japan. I'm pretty sure the F series single over head cam vtec motor doesn't match up but i'm not 100%.

the starters are inerchangeable and so should the alternator. the only thing is some F series use an alternator belt with less ribs than the hs eries, so worst case you would have to swap the pulleys from your h alternator to the F. shouldn't be to hard

Why do you need more answers when four people have told you that it will fit. Ill be the fifth and agree with all of the above...It Fits.

yes both are interchangeable. And if you ever wanna ditch your AC, it's kind of a problem. They never made an H22 w/o AC. So i found that the f22 non-ac belt will fit but the alternator is pulled all the way out. I think there is another belt that fits perfect but i can't remember what it is. The f22 belt works for a couple of months and then goes bad because it can't be tensioned very well, but it works.

Because they all didn't seem 100%. They said, I believe it fits and it should fit. Not, I'm positive it fits. But I'm convinced in any since that it fits and i just picked one up for 20 bucks on ebay so it wont be that bad of a loss if it doesn't fit. I just wanted to be positive.
