hey how much is it for a good headgasket.. i have a headgasket leak near the headers.. do you think its fixable by my self.. or woul di need ot get a whole new headgasket.. its a b18c1 gasket

 

me too...headgasket leak at the left side, below vtec solenoid. very minor leak, but it's growing in side slowly. This is not funny, since it minor so i ignore it, but once a while i popped up my hood and see it. I got mad.

so? dont fix it until it really needs to be fixed? minor leak can run for yr or 2? mine has been 8months already

answer ur question..the only way to fix it is to replace gasket , yup thats suck

 

MY LEAK IS AT THE SAME PLACE IM JUST AFFAIRD OF LOW OIL OR RUNING MY ENGINE DRY AND BLOW UP MY ISH.. I DONT KNOW BUT I HAVE A BAD FEELIN SO I THINK IMMA GET IT LOOKD AT

 

I cant say that i have a leak, but get I would get it fixed asap. I know when i helped my brother put on his 4-1 header, the gasket leaked very little, but it wasn't to long before his car was filing up with smoke.

So get it fixed!

if your is bad..i would suggest doing some maintainence like gasket replacement and studs. ONLY THING I CAN TELL YOU IS TO CHECK UR OIL EVERYDAY AND KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH OIL LOST FROM LEAK,

so you u got an idea of how much oil left...but doing oil check must in engine cool or at least 3hrs of sparked for more accuate measuring
