Default $150 Max HP Gain Challenge

From the TypeONE Earthing System thread (actually the spin off with the Japanese article) came a good question. In the article cables cost about $130 USD. So if you had $150 for parts, what part would you change to get more HP? This needs to be documented HP gain. When I say documented, I'm talking about an actual dyno, not the commonly used "butt dyno".

Method of test: A stock part is installed and the car dyno'd for a baseline. Only the new part(s) was installed and tuned. The car was dyno'd again under the same conditions. That includes engine temp, air temp & humidity. (Did I miss anything?)

This can be any part or parts you want as long as the cost w/o tax does not exceed $150.00 MSRP. So what is the part(s) and how much HP will we get? Also tell us what your HP gain was, car used, other mods, and anything else you want to throw out there.

Are you going to allow the Super Street approach where labor doesn't count? If that's the case, a full port & polish job on the head would be nice. Maybe add some metal to the CC's to increase CR. Remove air filter, resonator, and airbox. Drop the exhaust from the exhaust manifold back... all free so far. Maybe even port out the exhaust manifold a little. Increase base timing... anything else I miss? And we're still left with $150 to spend. Maybe some windshield squirter lights?

If you can pry $150 out of my tightly shut wallet, go for it.

It's a hypothetical challenge.

Yup you don't have to count the dyno, or any labor you can do yourself. So if you can machine a new head yourself for < $150 it counts, and you can make some more for the rest of us too.
