Default DPFI to MPFI

Just wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for the DPFI to MPFI swap.
Also I know I need
91 SI Intake Manifold
TB
TBS
4 Teg or 91 SI injectors,
Resistor box (What do they look like?)
91 SI CPU
Anything else or anything I should do at the same time.
I didn't get the Import Tuner issue that has it all described so any help would be great...

Another Quick question. By swapping out the DPFI to the MPFI what kind of HP increase would I be looking at. I know the Stock DX has 92 Hp rating with 9.2 compression while the Si has a 108 hp Rating with a 9.1 Compression. Am I going to get that 16 hp or even close??

92-5 civic dx/lx (and canadian CX) basically, came with a 90-1 motor and MPFI, put out 102hp, add the 90-1 si cam and you be there, what you do not see is the overall all increase in power, area under the curve
