I've got an EK sedan and I was wondering if anyone has KYB AGX shocks and GR-2 struts. If so, how is it working? Also, are the AGX's worth the xtra money over the GR-2's for the full set or what? Thanks for your feedback

 

agx's are great. gr2s are oem replacement just like tokico blues. they suck if you want a good lowered ride unles u like bouncy

 

Okay, so AGX's all-around is the recommendation and forget the GR-2's all together? Also, am I correct in assuming that the AGX's are the best you can get for the money?

 

well are u lowered or are you going to be? tell us your situation to help us out. i think agx's are great for the money, if u save a couple more hundred i would get koni.

I am in the process of upgrading the suspension and brakes according to a mild budget(approx. $1k) for autoX this year. It's looking like the complete setup will include: SRR rear sway/tie bar combo, Tenzo 2.25" drop springs, KYB AGX shocks/struts, rear trailing arm swap from Del Sol Si for disc brakes, Stainless brake lines, Brembo rear rotors, Tenzo big front rotors, Axxis MM pads F+R, Megan F+R strut bars, and maybe ES Hyperflex bushing kit. There may be more, but that's all I can think of for now

 

ok then definately go with agx's, gr-2's will be WAAAAAYY too soft for that, your **** will feel like a basketball. u wont be disappointed with agx's
