pics looks like they were taken at a near by beach by that military base. about a mile or so from u. distric.

Pick them up and throw them.

I dunno. Just twist the throttle really hard. But since you're a beginner...g'luck.

I have around 3,000 total miles under my belt and I haven't even tried a wheelie on anything but my old scooter.
