Tranny question

I put my tranny in gear but my car wont move, what do u think is wrong.

clutch, broken axle, pinion shaft in the tranny is broken... did it just suddenly start one morning when u went and got in the car? or did it do it while driving?

eyah shitty discription, was there any noises or anything? id say axels first because he can get it in gear, wouldnt a clutch not working not allow it to go into gear?
