how can i hook up my cig lighter?

i got this bezel from a crx and it has this cig lighter but no wires coming from it and there seem to be a plug hardness for it but i dont see any wires for the cig lighter. is it like 1 for ground then 1 to a 12v?

one for ground, one for switched 12v. i'm not sure how to actually do it, but i'd just wire it with your radio harness (also switched 12v). if anyone knows a less ghetto way, post it up

on the back of the cig lighter ON the cilinder is a tab ground it to the meatel bracket and hook up the nipple of the cylinder to acc or ignition (depends how your going to use it)
