pinch the fuel return line?? wtf
ok explain this to me we still didn't get the civic running right. so what we did was change the fpr it was a used one so i don't know how good it was, so my buddy said turn the key and he pinched the fuel return line and boom it started what could it be? and what does it mean?
i really doubt it has anything to do with the harness, the fuel line connects to the bottom of the regulator and then the top goe from the regulator to the intake manifold. hope this helps u out some.

Not the same size or look as a honda but it gives you a good idea to make sure your correct.
B&M makes good FPR with gauges, so does AEM and other companies.
You said he pinched the fuel return line right? the line thats on the bottom of the FPR? It could be that your FPR isnt making enough pressure to have the car running. By pinching it he held the pressure in the FPR to go to the fuel rail to fuel the injectors. If there was no pinch then theres no fuel in the FPR. So yes it could be shot.
ok kool thanks a lot for the help,...know anyone selling a good FPR if you do let me know everyone on here has theres sold so far that i looked for
i didn't say used, but i can look at it i don't want B&M because i don't want to cut my stock regulator i just want want i can bolt down and call it a day
