Default Swap trouble

I just finished a B16 swap into a crx si used old harness and made a secondary harness for vtec

Will NOT start

Have spark, fuel, timing is dead on

Used new plugs and wires compression is 90 145 148 146 (1 2 3 4)

Engine is from Osaka heard a few bad things about them

Any help would be great

that "great" 90 comp dosent sound good, get that checked out, its almost a 60 percent difference in numbers

yes 90 is bad , but the engine is suppose to start.

your timming belt is in the right mark on the crank and the cam

We are in the process of TRYING to get our money back been getting the run around for 3 days now I have talked to the salesmen and the mechanics noone really seems to care

They have told us mutiple time they will send us another though we have to pay to ship the one we have back

Not to mention when we started diagnosis of the problem we found the reluctor wheel in the distributor was destroyed had many fins broken off

I understand with low comp it will not run right but shouldnt it at least start we got nothing

Recently searched WOW wish I had seen that before my friend ordered his engine from Osucka as its come to be called though if anyone has a clue let me know
(I understand compression is a big part of the problem)
