Wrong forum first of all. Second of all I would just turbo the d16y8 and smoke them all.

You'll probably get more help in the correct forum.

Since you already have the 3 main things, get a good cam like you said, lighter flywheel, and a stronger clutch. I seen a dyno here that was doing 141whp with these basic bolt-ons + a few minor things.

Your best bet is to turbo. You'll smoke all your stock b series friends.
