1998 Honda Tuning Annual issue EF. have ???

I am currently looking for an EF as a project car. I looked into my magazine "archives" and found this clean EF with a "AutoLook" front bumper. I have looked everywhere for this bumper and nothing comes up. This looks to be a very good alternative to buying a JDM front or the WW/Mugen kit which is kinda played out.

Here are some pics. Anyone know where or who sells this front bumper?
