What kind of gains can I expect with Type S Pistons + cams on a 97 Sh?

I am looking to freshen up my 97 SH, and was wondering if type S pistons + cams were a worthwile upgrade.

Would I need new rods, or would the pistons+ cams work with the existing ones?

First this forum might get locked up...but since precisionh23a probably hasn't seen it yet .....You to find out what stage of cams you want.....Hit up some more research and look up on some of the old archive files. Many forum to look at and that can help you...
