i've done a search but having answered my question. my jdm itr front end is going to be put on my 1999 integ end of this month. i was wondering does it matter what year type -r lip fits onto the jdm front end bumper?

 

dood... it must be a noob question, but NO the 94-97 R and 98-01 R and the JDM 96-00 R lips are all different.

you need to buy the one for the correct bumper.
