Lots of ZC Axel Qs
Well, in lew[sp?] of seeing so many ZC axel questions up on the board lately I had an idea. Could you use the stock Si axels[diff length] and use some year Integra or ZC axel endshafts[part that enters the trans] and make a hybrid axel. I understand that the ZC diff is larger diameter and has the intermediate shaft to create faux equal length axels; so could you just pop the boots off, put on the ZC endshafts and then blam. They would fit DX/Si hubs, you still get the sweet ZC gearing, but you sacrifice the equal length axels. Or am I just smoking alittle too much these days?[Hookah, drugs are bad mmm'kay] - Darrell
Input anyone?
Input anyone?
Hmm sweet, I live somewhat near HMotors and they'll give me a ZC trans for cheap, but I dont' wanna go through all the axel trouble since I have what I need to hybrid the axels. Gotta love Honda's enginuity[sp?] when it came to making so many models interchangeable. - Darrell
