Default CRX HF B16a stumbles, Open loop?

I had a stumble with my b16a under steady, and light throttle conditions. I searched and found out that the O2 sensors can cause this. I unplugged my 02 sensors, and the symptoms are gone, B16a runs perfect. My question is, is it safe to run this B16a open loop until I get my OBD1 P30 swap done. It will probably only be a week or two, but I do not want to run the risk of damaging this B16 I just got in two weeks ago. TIA

Good info, I will give that a try tomorrow. I do not like check engine lights, so maybe this will do the trick... Thanks..
