ok ok.. a long time ago i got one of those filters on a stick.. im going to go back to a stock airbox when i come accross one, but till then i need a new filter... can anyone suggest a good universal filter.. i was thinking of maybe a HKS? ????

had that before and although an air filter is prety much an air filter.. i was just looking for other options.. thanks for the input though..

 

The HKS one is a pain... you have to buy and replace the filter elements at every oil change.

For a temp. solution you can use those cheap ebay filters or if you're looking long term (in case you never find that stock one) then get a genuine apexi filter w/ mounting adapter... worth every penny.

yeah i just read that the apex unit is really good.. ill have ot kick it around.. i really hope to find an air box..
