Its probably a LS or RS. They don't have badges on them

The GSR would have some kind of VTEC badge, most likely on the valve cover.

try looking under the hood.

it'll either be a B18B1 (LS) or a B18C1 (GSR).

You can also tell by the VIN number:

DC2: GS-R or ITR (2-Door) B18C1or5
DC4: RS, LS (2-Door) B18B1
DB8: GS-R (4-Door) B18C1
DB7: RS, LS (4-Door) B18B1

ok, well i am pretty sure its and rs or an ls... i know the ls is vtec, is the rs? and what are the specs on both engines? i have a civic and i know a good deal about them, but this integra is brand new to me... i am picking it up friday and i just wondered what to expect from it.... i saw a picture of the engine bay, and the valve cover is the same as the b18b, its the h23 style, not the h22 with the vtec and everything... thanks guys

ls does not have vtec. ls and rs would be the same motor b18b1. if it does not say vtec on the valve cover or its the h23 style, than most likely its an LS motor. Good luck.

Just pop the hood. If there are big letters spelling out VTEC then it is vtec, if it just has the H with honda motor company then it is either an LS or RS, both have the same motor, just differnt trim package
