how good are toyo proxes?

how good are toyo proxes?
wondering how good these tires are i have a chance to get a set cheep, but i dont even know what they look like or how they perform, any info would be cool, thanks

Not very, the low profiles anyway. My girlfriend had a set on her 17" ENkie's, she said it was the worst tire she ever owned. The side wall cracked like none other. She also said did poorly in the rain, hey, it rains alot here in the NW.
Also, for the price per tire,you could maybe get 1 1/2 Kuhmo tures, which i use.
It's all up to you, just what i've seen/heard.

Hey thats funny i guess it depends on the tire I have kuhmos and i hate them mean while my neighbor has some 205/4017rz toyo proxes and they are awesome hes gettin new tires tomarrow and hes going for the toyo proxes 4 again

Just like other brands do (Bridgestone with Potenza, Falken with Azenis, etc), Toyo makes a lot of tires with the name Proxes - everything from the Toyo Proxes RA-1 track tire, to the Toyo Proxes T1-S summer street tire, to the Toyo Proxes S/T truck tire, to the Proxes 4 and Proxes FZ4 all-season tires. Please specify which tire you're referring to.
