Well basically the difference is a name brand Apexi or ebay special brand Tsudo . . . .

Tsudo is an actual brand, and I owned one of their "fireball" exhausts or whatever on my hatch. It was a really good investment for the money. I noticed power gains especially on high end and my mph.

Apexi N1 are good exhausts too. Not sure about the GT spec.

But dont let people on here tell you that Tsudo is ****, because I've never heard anyone complain about them, unless it was concerning the "noise", because, I'll openly admit that Tsudo's exhausts are hella effin loud, but it carries a nice deep tone on lower rpms, and sounds a little raspy on high ends.

But so is an Apexi N1. . . .

GT spec, I have no idea , on how loud it is.

No competition!!!!! hands down GT spec. Tsudo exhausts not only look like **** they fit like absolute garbage. If you want a crappy cheap exhuast that sounds like you have a chain saw cutting your trash can in half get the tsudo. If you want a quality exhuast buy a GT spec

i bet you've never even owned a Tsudo JDM_Integra1. You just heard about it from a friend whos friend, told a friend about it.

Yeah, Tsudo is CHHHHEEAAAAPPP. But it does work ! Especially for the price your going to pay. I'm telling you, if you dont mind the noise get a Tsudo. But if you have $450 give or take some, lieing around and want an exhaust then yes I'd buy a name brand exhaust, such as Apexi.

actually, yes, our other brother has one on his F23 accord. it sounds awful. and he (JDM Integra) has the GT spec on his LS/VTEC Turbo, so we have sampled both.

tsudo may work for the price that it is, but if you just wait a little more and save up, you can get a super high quality sytem like the A'PEX-i unit. if you want something in between, look to GReddy or HKS.

No, thats bull ****. Ok? The only thing Apexi-i makes thats half a **** for gains is there N1. If you wanna pay all your money just because it says Apexi-i, whoopti, good for you, go ahead. Thats just like wanting Skunk2 whenever you can buy RSR or Invidia for a way lower price.

Or when you want Crower, whenever you can buy f'ing cheap *** OBX cams (this has been covered, in a previous thread, SEARCH) that have performed (with same lift, and specs as the crower baselines) just as good as the Crowers.

Name is ****. Quality counts. Apex-i may be a little bit better designed exhaust, but i promise you, the 400+ dollars that it costs doesn't scream "JDM PERFORMANCE", its because of the name. Tsudo, for the money is not a "bad" exhaust. Thats my ****** story and im stickin to it.

It just pisses me off when people put so much emphasis on an exhaust when its not that big of a deal.

Sound is the only real issue here people. As long as its opening up and flowing, why the big deal? Gains are going to differ from car to car, motor to motor anyways . . . .

I have a Tsudo cat-back and I love it. It sounds real nice and deep through low RPM's and I didn't have to do any modifications what so ever to get mine installed. It literally hung up in the stock locations with ease. I had the whole thing installed in about 10 minutes on my back in the driveway. It's not Apexi GT but I used the extra $250+ I saved on other mods. If you're the type that needs a name brand then get the Apexi or if you're like me and need something decent thats worth every penny then go Tsudo.
Just my 2 cents

agreed to a point.

that wasn't what was asked which one was better. for the money, yeah, a tsudo is good. but we weren't using monetary cost as a factor.

and we're not arguing that point. his original question is which one is better.

he asked how it sounded, we gave our experience with both.
you gave your opinion and we gave ours. it's cool.

Ok, so yeah, the point . . . . . if someone came up and to me with two boxes and said "Choose an Apex-i or Tsudo catback, I'd choose the Apex-i, no doubt. But if i had to "buy" one, that'd be a different story.

my tsudo fit perfectly. sounds great. apexi will do the same. apexi is better, definately if you have the money. tsudo is great, and you probably have the money.

...i **** u not dude. a couple of days after i got my gt spec put on which is insanely loud, iw uz cruising and this bitch on a celphone had her blinker and wuz in the left hand lane to turn and she got into the turn lane so i went ahead and pulled out and then she decided that wuz the wrong turn so she got back over and hit me. it wuz still driveable and it wuz supposed to rain for a couple of days straight so i parked it at my friends house (since my house is kind of in a valley which gets flooded really bad). it was about to go in the shop a couple of days later and then the house and my car went boom.

How did you like the GT Spec? How is the tone (loud, deep, raspy)? How does it sound under WOT? I am looking for a replacement for my Apexi N1. TIA.

That meth lab story is hilarious.

its not taht funny guys c'mon.......gt spec = loud as hell from .1 rpms all the way through 7k. its just a straight up loud deep slight raspy deep sound. i personally like it for a loud exhaust but im wanting to kinda quiet it down a little. my neighbors didn't particurally like it
