Default d16z6 into my 91 si hatch. which injectors?

ok, so im throwing a d16z6 into my 91 si hatch.

heres my list.

d16z6 longblock with stock d16z6 dizzy
p28 ecu
obd0 --> obd1 conversion harness

now... ive read that the stock d16a6 obd0 injectors can be used, keeping the resistor box. can this be done, even though i will be using the obd1 ecu and dizzy?

if i do convert to the obd1 d16z6 injectors, what will i have to do to make that work? i understand the resistor box can be removed, but what about the plugs (wiring harnesses)? im going to be using my stock 91 si d16a6 engine harness.

thanks

yes

depin the resistor box and install an obd1 block off plug. Using a block off plug is the same thing as twisting all the wires together. Very clean and no soldering required. For the plugs-you can solder obd1 clips on or you can depin the harness and install an obd1 injector harness.

yeah, thats kinda what i was askin rexwreck. i was wondering if theres any advantage to using the obd1 injectors.

im not sure what my plans for this motor are but if i install a VAFC or something i was thinking that maybe the obd0 injectors might not work with it or something

I would use the Z6 injectors; they're newer, probably in better shape. Justremove the injector resistor. I did it by splicing all the power wires from the injectors into the main power feed that goes into the injector resistor - or you can use that block off plug thing that other guy posted.

the block off plug is a good idea. mine are just soldered together.
