Default Prelude block and Which Head?????

I recently purchased an 89 Prelude si. To be perfectly honest I love my 93 LX more. I'm curious on the difficulty of taking the prelude engine out and putting it in my Civ. Is this a good idea??? If so what heads can I mate with the block????

Thanks
Mike

The older prelude Si's had either a B20A5 or B21A1 (not your usual B series motor though) They were DOHC motors, but did not have VTEC.

I would not recommend putting either motor in a civic, especially the B21A1 (if that's what you have)

People refer to these motors as the "bastard b-series", and that's for a reason, they suck.
