Default PCV broke?

I may have a problem with my PCV valve, my idle was out of control about a month ago and I just thought i needed to replace the old PCV valve so i bought a cheap $2 pepboys oem product. WOW , when i replaced the valve i noticed the idle was quite normal and the engine was running fine. Now, I have been driving with this one for a few weeks and a few days ago I noticed at idle a funny (vibrating) noise is coming from the PCV valve. It is very annoying but is not very loud, Another problem is that my idle seems very low about 400-500 RPM , should i just go to honda and get a PCV valve from them or is there something else that i going wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a vac leak, or crappy valve. After installing the new one, squeeze the tube closed with your fingers, and if you hear a ticking noise from it, the valve is installed and working correctly.
