Car misses
I have a 91 accord with relatively low miles, 75000. Whenever i really smash the accelerator it kinda skips. It bumps, like one of the pistons it not firing. What is this and what should i do to fix it? Thanks
How's the tune-up stuff? How old are you plugs? Plug wires? Distributor cap & rotor? Fuel filter?
Start it after dark, turn off all the lights. Look for arcing (dull blue glow) around the distributor & plug wires. This works better if the engine's completely cold. If you see any arcing, replace whatever's doing it.
Take out your spark plugs & look at them, compare with these...
