i just put an exedy stage one clutch and flywheel in my 96 honda accord and now when i start up my car its really hard to get it in gear... what should i do?

 

maybe the clutch release bearing and fork lever were installed incorrectly. check/study repair manual or clutch diagram to ensure that they were installed correctly. also maybe you had the clutch installed backward.
