like the title states I did a 99-00 climate control swap and I have no heat.. It really wasnt the greatest before. and the reason I did the cliamte control swap was becasue the heater core busted and was leaking a **** load of water on my floor, I think it may be my thermostat.. any ideas?
When I did this conversion, the 99-00 Heater Core I bought did not have the electrical actuator that turned the tempurature from Hot to cold, and it was stuck on cold so I thought it was something wrong with my install.
Finally, after going over everything again, I found my heater core was missing the actuator, and once I added it, everything worked great.
So, does yours have the actuator?

well I bought the whole thing out of a junk yard. I pulled it out of the car my sell. whats the actuator? is the the cord that goes threw the fire wall to the little black thing?I know when I turn the **** the cord dosent turn the lever on the black thing to open or close it so fluid can go through
The actuator is a little electrical lever that is attached to the heater core box which moves the cord that goes through the firewall.
Assuming you have everything hooked up properly, if you turn the heat **** and nothing happens, I would bet it's your actuator on the heatercore box that's failing.

so in other words I have to take the dash back out? im going to go look at it but yeah the little cord dosent move wehn I turn the ****
No actually, the actuator is mounted underneath the heatercore, and it is accesable without having to remove the dash. You may have to remove the plastic surrounding your shifter area, but from experience I can tell you that you don't have to take the dash back out to add/replace that part.

I just went out side. and I can see it. I turn the **** from hot to cold. well there is I guess you call it a track? shaped kind of like a S and it gets about half way threw it and stops. it seems as if it gets stuck in the middle of the curve.. maybe some pressure on it?

yeah, I know exactly what you mean by the S shaped track.
The actuator's motorized arm follows that track, and depending on the setting of the **** (hot/cold/medium), that's the arm's position on the track (which pulls the black switch in the engine bay to open/closed/half-open etc....)
If the actuator does not set itselft properly on the track (like you said it's stoping halfway) there's either some resistance (maybe because the arm on the track needs more lubrication) or the actuator will need replaced.
