Scat industries make very good racing rods also. They have been well known for racing applications in domestic. They also make cranks. Ross racing makes very good pistons but expensive. The best place to buy your rods and pistons is on ebay. I spent around $500 for JE nitrous/turbo pistons and SCAT 4340 H beam rods brand new. When I would have spent close to $900 dollars in a retail store. If you mean head bolts (when you say head pins) ARP makes great reliable studs. About 90 bucks on ebay. Regular head bolts are like pusing a refrigerator by your self and studs are like you pushing a refrigerator and a friend pulling from the other side at the same time, more reliable and much safer than you doing it your self.
