help! no power to deck and clock

help! no power to deck and clock
in 94 ls. i cant seem to find the answer to this problem. looked in to the fuse under the dash. the radio one "15amp" was fine. changed to another "15amp" still didnt work. checked under the hood, didnt see any fuse for the radio and etc. any help would be nice. thansk in advance
