My friend has a 99 Integra LS with some sort of what i can only assume is a clutch issue. With the car off the vehicle shifts fine with or without the clutch. When you start the vehicle, the car won't shift at all, clutch or clutchless (duh). Is the clutch the issue? Also, his clutch when applied vibrates pretty rough, and makes a strange noise. Like harsh vibration-noise. any idea what the problem would be here?
